What are people's reactions?

So I was out eating dinner with friends and family celebrating me culminating 8th grade and I should've been happy but I wasn't. I was sitting next to a mirror and all I could see was how fat I was. I couldn't enjoy the dinner or me being done with middle school because I was focused on my weight. How do people react when they see a fat girl? Do you notice? Do you make comments to the people you're with or in your head?

Oh my god I have been there. And it sucks. But everything older people tell you is true 😂 I'm 18 now and let me tell you people literally don't care as much as you think they do. Also I took a child development class last semester and learned that the adolescent ages are when kids are really kinda stuck in their own heads, not in a bad way, but they tend to think everything is a bigger deal than it really is you know? Like life goes on, things get better, don't focus on your body shape, especially at 13 😘 I kkow it's easier said than done, and trust me, I used to feel bad about myself like that too, but it gets easier as you get older I swear!
