headache/migraines

I have yet to be to the doctor but I work with a neurologist and he prescribed me some medication but he also doesn't know I'm trying to conceive so I haven't gotten it filled or taken it because I googled that it's not good to take while trying but I have headaches and migraines 4-5 times a week and I was wondering if anyone has found any medication that won't mess us up while trying to conceive because the pain is unbearable 😩
