Footling breech c-section

Has anyone had a footling breech (where baby's feet are at the bottom, not their hiney like a traditional breech) c-section? Someone recently told me that if your baby is footling breech you have to have a classical cut (up and down) instead of the normal pubic area cut. I'm obviously going to ask my OB at my next appointment but was curious in the mean time if anyone else had experience with this. Baby has been in footling breech position the entire pregnancy basically so I just don't see her changing positions before delivery.
