has anyone else popped over night ???

Question

I literally popped overnight! At 22 weeks I had a small bump then one day during my 23rd week I got bloated, then went to sleep, just to wake and and find that I wasn't bloated at all and that my stomach was just actually that size now! Lol 
Anyone else pop overnight?? 
This is my 2nd and she is measuring a week ahead, so maybe that has something to do with it. Lol

I went to childbirth class yesterday and finally understood why we pop overnight with our first! The vertical bands that hold our abs together tries to hold on for as long as possible, but then one day (usually at night) realize they can't win and literally move to the sides to make room for baby! Second+ pregnancy bands have this in their muscle memory which is why the move out of the way much sooner! Pretty cool! 
Also, the reason not to exercise for 6 weeks after birth is bc that's the time it takes the band to come back to the center. If you exercise before your bands will stay to the sides and create a stomach pouch you won't be able to get rid of.

So cute! I keep waiting for my lower belly to join my upper belly. I'm popped out above my belly button but not below. So weird. I'm 22 weeks
