confused

Went to get my thyroid panel redone today as I have an under active thyroid. I had been tested for pcos but both blood and scan is normal apart from my androgens which were slightly elevated by 0.2 but doctor didn't think this was a concern or anything. Today the nurse doing my bloods starts talking about what bloods she'd be doing and asking to do my estrogen again because it indicated I hadn't ovulated but my progesterone shows that I did! So confused, they messed up my bloods by doing them on the wrong cycle day so have to wait to re do
