1st birthday sickling

So I had my daughters 1st birthday over the weekend and she did her smash cake and ate some big girl table food and later that evening she was throwing up and I didn't think much of it as she has had some food intolerances in the past and her body rejects them. The next day her temp was 101.5 and she was acting sick. This morning her fever is gone but she has some seriously bad diarrhea... anyone else have this happen to them?! Could it be related to her having so much junk food over the weekend?? I hate being that overly worried ftm that calls the dr over every little thing so I haven't called about it, esp since she has been acting fine all day minus the diarrhea
