OPK success rate?

For those of you getting positive OPKs, have you been able to get pregnant by having sex when the OPK says you've ovulated?

Answer

I did. But it wasn't planned for testing. I was at dollar store and seen an ovulation test when we were ttc and so I bought it used it the same day and it was positive or close enough so we had sex for a couple days and I was pregnant. We had been trying for 4 months and only used 1 test. So I think it did help.

I did but not the first time.

I got a positive, hubby was away on that day, so I had sex two days in a row after the day of a positive opk and it worked.
