Tmi help

Sorry for the picture. So I woke up at 1 am this morning with time able contractions every 5 minutes couldn't talk/walk/sit through them. . Was finally able to fall asleep around 4 am woke up at 730 and went to the bathroom (woke up from contractions) and had bloody mucus and blood clot still having time able contractions. every time I go to the bathroom I have pink/red mucus discharge. I'm 38 weeks this is the longest I've been pregnant I was induced with all of my other 3 due to pre-e so this is literally all new to me and I'm kinda nervous about it. Is this normal ?
