Wishing I never had an orgasm

I feel silly for talking about this and asking others. But I was on pelvic rest for about 5 weeks, and my doctor gave me the all clear to come off it since no bleeding in 4 weeks now.... would you guys feel comfortable having an orgasm?

I had one last night (No penetration or intercourse) and immediately started crying afterward with fear and regretting I had one worried it may do harm even tho my doc said I didn't have to be on pelvic rest anymore 🙁 do I have a right to beat myself up over this? Ugh
