Help? Does it sound like im pregnant

So my period is a week late...I've taken 20 hpt and one blood test and all are negative but i def look and feel pregnant! This is my second child and the weirdest thing ever that has happened to me. I have a baby pouch growing already, get hiccups constantly, am constantly tired and nauseous at times.  I also get cramps especially during sex.  What do you ladies think? Pregnant or not?

If your blood work is showing negative, chances are there something else going on

I have never missed a period in 18 years except when I was pregnant. I have heard of some women not getting a positive test for 6 weeks to 4 months pregnant. I think the cramps during sex is because of how long sex is lol i have never been diagnosed with pcos or any other problems but im going to repeat the blood test next week
