spotting maybe?!

So I woke up from having these crazy realistic dreams about babies I mean it felt like I was there I also been having some light cramping and I went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe I got this it's kinda dark brown it looks like old period blood like you would get at the end of your period I took a shower went to the bathroom again and now it's gone what does this mean? Should I be worried ? I mean I feel fine I'm still sleepy tho lol
