TTC but on norethisterone

I went to see a specialist due to af been a little haywire at the start of the year, they put me on norethisterone & told me to go for bloods in my next cycle, well my next cycle isn't due until June 14th but on June 11th I had this pink discharge & have been spotting since, can anybody help me out with this as I'm really confused about it. The spotting is still happening now. Just wondering what you ladies think. Tia xx
