Does anybody know what medication I can take during pregnancy? I suffer really bad hay fever, but says on the back of the box do not take if pregnant.

Benadryl is the only allergy medicine I can think of that's safe for pregnancy

I was prescribed Claritin my last pregnancy and Zyrtec this pregnancy. It's otc but my insurance covered it. My doc said those and Benedryl are safe. Just don't use the ClaritinD because of the Sudafed is harmful

I just suffered through my severe allergy to cottonwood rather than take 💊.
