Not feeling pregnant?

Question

I'm 6weeks and 5days and I honestly don't feel pregnant, the sore boobs have gone completely, Not got any sickness, not bloated or using the toilet frequently. Does anyone else feel like this? I had a scan last week and saw the heartbeat but I feel as if I'm really not pregnant. I don't have a scan for another 6 weeks and I'm just really worried.

I am the same way, I have a 13 month old and with him I had morning sickness for 5 months bed rest after that and lost 30lbs instead of gaining weight I had to be feed by IV, and with this baby I didn't even know I was pregnant if it went for the stomach flu going around at work the only day I threw up, I was so shock, I have so much energy and I want to eat other than that no sleepiness, no fatigue, no morning sickness, no cravings went to the drs baby is fine heart beat strong... maybe we're the lucky ones that will have that perfect pregnancy???
