Easy vegan meal suggestions?


I'm a uni student and new vegan :) I don't have a lot of time to cook and my supplies are kinda limited because of price but I'm looking for simple food ideas?

I usually do something like this:

Loads of veg boiled for a short time (still pretty hard) with seeds and nuts

Tonnes of veg and lentils in a wrap again with seems and nuts

Potatoes, veg and lentils

Chickpea, avocado salad

...I know I need more grains but I don't know how to cook them all and brown rice takes forever :/ suggestions?

(I also snack on fruit and veg throughout the day)
