6 teeth at once ?!

My daughter (10 months) has 6 teeth coming out at once, I thought it was 4 but it' looks like it's 6 of them. All are at the top. She's got 2 bottom teeth already. No wonder she's fussy and HARDLY sleeps. She'll go up to 5-6 hours without sleeping. All children are different so I'm not concerned but what can I do to help ease her pain besides the cold chew toys Bc she doesn't care for those
