TMJ and Blowjobs

I used to love giving head, I was so good at it, then I got TMJ and can't really fit things into my mouth (at its worst, I could barely open my mouth wide enough for a pistachio). Recently, for some reason, it's been really good and I've been able to really please my boyfriend and I'm super happy about it. Any other ladies have a problem with TMJ and have some tips for working through it?
