Doctors appointment

I am not a happy girl right now! I have had 3 previous early unexplained miscariages. The last one I was on progesterone and still miscarried around 5 weeks. This time to doctor sent me for immediate blood work for progesterone and hcg level and then again 48 hours later. After calling the office twice today I finally hear back after their office hours. My labs look good, the first appointment they can give me is a month away! I will be almost 10 weeks by then. Shouldn't they want to see me earlier?! I've never even made it to my first ob appointment and now imo feel like they are not concerned. I guess I will be calling again tomorrow to find out more. Advice???
