TMI: help! cut my vagina!

So I learned last week exactly why lesbians always*** keep their nails cut very short 💅🏻 I was masturbating and was all good and then I some how cut the inside of my vagina with my fingernail. What do I do? It stings super bad when it is now touched or pressure is applied to it? Does it just heal on its own? Do I go to the doctor? It's been a week and it still hurts a lot.
