BH at the top of uterus?

Question

Anyone has been feeling tightening only at the top of their uterus? I was wondering if they are Braxton Hicks?
Mine are inconsistent, last 15-20 seconds, uncomfortable but not painful and subside when I go pee so I'm not worried. 🙃

I'm a FTM, 33+4, due July 27.

I have heard most are at the top or bottom, but mine have been my whole uterus the whole time. My doctor said the uterus is just a muscle and it's practicing. BH are inconsistent and go away with a position change/rest. He told me if I have more than 8 in an hour to sit and relax for an hour and see if they go away. If they do, great. If the following hour I get more than 8 again to call L&D to see what they say. They might want to check to make sure it's not early labor.

I get them both ways. Sometimes up high only. Then sometimes lower. I can't ever tell if they're real or BH. I'm assuming since they stop, that they are just BH.
