Brown discharge that turned pinkish for 24 hours then had light brown almost Brown tinged discharge the next day but baby or babies were ok??

I also had that, I'm expecting twins, & started having some spotting, then it was light brownish. I'm now 13 weeks 4 days & the babies are doing great. However that can happen wether something is wrong or not, but they did find a little old blood in my uterus, they said there's a little blood clot, called subchronic hemorrhage. They said it should resolve itself. It's gone down in size, so trying to stay positive.

Has anyone experienced this?
