Went in for first ultrasound with my first pregnancy after 4 years of trying. I knew something was wrong when the doctor was quiet and then said, "I am so sorry to say this.." There was no heartbeat and doctor said it stopped about a week ago. My heart is broken, my lil angel in gone 😞💔 The father left me about a week ago too.. very hard time for me but I need to trust in God. Praying for all your lil angels to arrive safe and sound 💕
