Is anyone else afraid to have sex because they DONT want to induce labor?

I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was already 24 weeks along! Since finding out, I have done everything possible to make sure that baby is healthy. I am 31 weeks now and lately I want to have sex with my fiancé SO BAD, but I want to make sure that she stays in there, hopefully up through 40 weeks. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Unless you're high risk, there is no risk of it starting labor. To be honest, even at 40 weeks it's not guaranteed to start labor either. Go for it!

I'm not worried about it I'm just too tired for sex. But at 37 weeks me and hubby will be doing it twice a day to induce labor lol I want to experience going into labor naturally and this is my last chance. There will also be several long hikes in my future around that time too lol.

Don't worry it won't trigger labor unless your body is ready.

I'm only worrying at this point because we have and then I had lots of Braxton Hicks contractions after and had to go to the hospital to have them stop/slow them down. I can't handle a bumpy car ride either so you could say my uterus is sensitive. So unless you've noticed that you end up getting more frequent but irregular contractions from sex or exercise, you don't need to be concerned. Enjoy yourself lol

I'm 33 weeks with twins so considered high risk! My dr put me on pelvic rest at 16 weeks (no sex) and since then have been in and out of the hospital with preterm labor symptoms.  Lately I have been dreaming about sex, so I asked dr about it, she said to wait until I am at least 34 weeks, that's the safe zone I guess.
