Some pregnancy signs but negative test..

Had implantation bleeding (?) on day 22, just a wipe and gone. Then on day 26 thought my periods came bit earlier. 1 and a half days periods, no pain, no sore boobs. As it stopped I took a test the day after (first thing in the morning) negative.

I have never ever had bleeding in between period and never had a pain free period in my life...nor this short...

Another week has passed and I took a test this afternoon again, but test is negative. I did take it in the afternoon, but if I was pregnant I would be just over 5 weeks now so I thought it would show...could I be pregnant or is my body playing tricks with me?

I must say I am terribly nauseous, nausea comes and goes. I started getting turned off by coffee and eggs. But my boobs are not sore. Just lower left pain came on just couple of hours ago, similar to period pain. Anyone else?

I don't want to look like an idiot at the dr and then it's nothing...
