bulk buying

Do any of you ladies have memberships to places like sams or Costco and feel it's worth it? Pros? Cons? I was thinking Costco might be a good place for buying diapers and other baby stuff but is it worth it? I can get a membership through my work for $55. I have been to sams a long time ago and have never been to Costco. The closest one of both is about 45 minutes away.
