Positive Reinforcement doesn't work.... in the long run. this this this!!! ππ»ππ»ππ»
Keep in mind this is IN THE LONG RUN. I find his argument compelling, well thought out, and to the point. As for the occasional side comments (which is just his opinion taking over) he has a great point. He didn't mention this, but I'm so sick and tired of parents blaming teachers for their children getting in trouble. If I got in trouble my parents first question would be what did you do? Not, what teacher was it? Oh my poor baby let me go argue with the principal because you can do no wrong. Not the point of his article persΓ©, but school and home are the first places you should learn the consequences of society. I say should. Sadly some folks just don't get it.
