Flu in second trimester

Hi ladies! I am 14 weeks 1 day, yesterday woke up with flu like symptoms, went to the doctor and tested positive. Started tamiflu immediately, haven't had a fever for 24 hours now. Just threw up but it didn't seem my stomach was really upset, just maybe my body is overwhelmed. Got to hear my baby's heartbeat on my fetal doppler so that made me feel better:) was hoping for some comments on your experiences with the flu while pregnant? I have no appetite and would love to hear from other moms how they handled these crappy couple days. Thanks in advance :) FTM
