Pregnancy symptoms disappear?

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I've had nauseous threw up a few times tender breast swollen breast every common symptom. But the last two days I haven't felt no nauseous and throwing up anything I gag every once in awhile. The thing is I heard the baby's heartbeat at 6 weeks and 3 days for 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I seen the baby was fine everything was good I pick Jess Tree on level was normal but it was kind of low from where they wanted it to be 7 my HCG level was 37000 not hurting your cramping or anything everything is still fine I think I'm just very nervous that I could be having a miscarriage or something I don't know what's going on any help????
