I have the same thing, unfortunately! I haven't done anything to get rid of them though, just kind of deal with it, lol.

I stopped shaving against the direction of growth to prevent that! Now I go with the grain and use Nair to clean up the bikini line. 
To help with your skin damage, try gently exfoliating with a gentle soap and baking soda, this will also help prevent bumps if you exfoliate before shaving! ☺️ 
If you want to clear the area up, try a drop or two of lavender oil mixed with coconut oil after showering.

Try next time you shave using conditioner to make the hair softer and it might help with the pulling from the razor that could be causing the razor bumps... It works for me maybe it will work for you ladies!!!
