Implantation bleeding

Okay, so my fertile week was May 31- June 6. Early the morning of the 10th I had just a few drops of pale pink blood, only seen when I wiped. The next day I started having mild AF like cramps and then pinching/stabbing pains near where my right ovary should be. I've never spotted before like this but it seems a bit early for implantation bleeding, maybe 5dpo? Plus it seems weird that the bleeding would come first, then cramps and pinching after. Any ideas?
