Hair, skin and nails supplement?
Hello ladies, so I went to my hair dresser today and got a trim. While I was there I asked her for some advice on hair growth (I'm trying to grow my hair out). She recommended Biotin. I'm wondering if someone else takes it and if it has any nasty side effects like some other supplements?
