Not bleeding after mc

I miscarried last Monday and had break thru bleeding that day but stopped soon after starting. I spotted on and off the next few days and then stopped. I bled very lightly yesterday and not today. I was only 5 wks 3 days but my HCG levels had only reached to 11 so does that mean I won't bleed hardly? IDK what to do to get myself back to ovulating again so I can start over trying.
