Slapped Cheek Syndrome with Bub 😰
My 1 year old daughter got exposed to slapped cheek at day care 2 weeks ago and I've had two blood tests, both coming back inconclusive. Have another blood test in a week and a bit and if it comes back the same or positive, I have to have ultrasounds every 2 weeks. Has anyone ever gone through this and everything turned out fine? I can't stop thinking about it. 😫
(If you're not immune to it and you contract it while pregnant, especially between weeks 9-20, you have higher risk of miscarriage and Bub developing foetal hydrops)
