cramping and a nervous wreck

I'm high risk due to PCOS and a previous miscarriage at 4 weeks. I am now 4 weeks again following an IUI. I'm having some mild cramping almost like a stretching feeling. Is this normal or should I be worried.

I'm so worried about another miscarriage.
