Bfp after over a year since a miscarriage!

I have a 4 and half year old daughter, had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in January 2016. Have been trying ever since and finally got my bfp today! I was so convinced my period was going to show today and it didn't, so after work at 10pm, I took an 88 cent test and BAM! showed up instantly. I'm so overjoyed but nervous as well..
