preterm labor?

Sorry if this is TMI for some people but the past few days I've been having super soft poop and today I had bad diarrhea, could this be a sign or preterm labor? I'm 29 weeks and 1 day!

What could be the issue is that your baby had been sitting on your colen and was preventing you from having regular bowl movements and now s/he has shifted and now you have....a free flow. See I would totally fart or need to poop any time my baby moved. Could be the same situation here :) but if you have any abdominal pain or bleeding or if you loose your plug then you must call your Dr or midwife asap!!
