How soon after your period do you let your SO give you some vaginal love?

I know some guys are comfortable with period sex when it's full blast, others completely wait for the storm to clear...

Other cases, like mine, i dont know if he cares but I'm self contious.

Me and my bf rather wait until I am not bleeding at all, maybe have sex when there is light spotting if anything. It's too damn messy

Ahh I would just ask him whether he cares or not upfront.

But if u don't want to be upfront then I guess you can ask it more casually. The last guy I had an intercourse with, whilst we were hooking up I casually said "oh I've got my period" to see what he felt about it and whether he wanted to continue.
