high fasting again 😥
Two days in a row ... today I was at 111. All other meals I have good numbers. I changed my snack and even woke up earlier to test. Im feeling so stressed out and scared. Im sure they will put me on medication now. I need advice and encouragement from you ladies because I'm so panicked about this all 😥
