TMI photo!!!! is this normal????

I'm a first time mom so forgive me of this sounds stupid or whatever but....

Is this normal to see after a stretch and sweep???? Also how do you know if your water broke or not I was sitting on the toilet like normal and went pee everything was fine and I was finished but stayed on the toilet because I was having a contraction and then all of a sudden I felt two big gushes (apparently I'm 2-3 centimetres and 50% effaced and that's why my midwife did a stretch and sweep also I'm 5 days over due) I'm not sure if it was just me peeing again or if it was my water breaking
