Gaining too much weight! Need advice on slowing it down please :)
I'm 23 weeks along with my 2nd and have already gained 24lbs! Help!
My pre-pregnancy weight was 120 and I'm 5'5" so my BMI was in the normal range. I gained 65lbs during my first pregnancy and can't deal with the time/energy it takes to lose that kind of weight again.
I don't think I'm eating that poorly. I'm trying to eat mostly protein and fruit/veggies but crave carbs and sugar like crazy so they sneak in a bit. Nothing crazy though. I don't have time to go to a gym but walk about 30mins a day.
Any tips to slow down the weight gain without starving myself?
