12 wks and 6 days pregnant
Is it normal or have some mild intermittent cramping and brown spotting at 12 weeks 6 days pregnant? I have my first ultrasound tomorrow, so hopefully everything is normal and baby is healthy. But I'm naturally concerned especially with this being my first pregnancy. Hoping to hear some insight on this or if anyone's experienced anything similar and had a successful pregnancy!
