Need some advice

Warning: this kind of TMI, but I need some help.

So I just got off of birth control three months ago after my husband and I decided to TTC. I have yet to have a period since getting off of it.

However, the past three times my husband and I had sex, I had a couple drops of spotting afterwards. I never had this happen while on birth control or for the three months after getting off birth control until now. It was never any more than a drop or two. I read that sometimes it can happen when you have more vigorous sex, but I don't think it was any more than usual. I also read that it can occur during ovulation or pregnancy. However, I am not entirely sure what it is.

Recently I have been feeling dizzy, moody, and more tired than normal. I also had some cramps along with the bleeding the first couple times.

Has anyone had this happen to them before?? If so, could you please comment what the reason was?
