Could this be a symptom?

So this is kind of a stupid question, and I think I know the answer already, but I thought I would come check in with you ladies and see what you think. So, I had sex June 3rd and my fertile window was June 4th-June 10th (according to Glow, and I don't know the exact day I ovulated). This morning, I woke up feeling super nauseous and ended up having to run to the bathroom and throw up (I had nothing in my system besides water at the time, so that was not fun). But it reminded me of how I felt when I had morning sickness with my first baby, not general nauseousness.

Do you ladies think I could be having pregnancy symptoms this early?
