Emergen-C ??

I'm coming down with a cold or something. Scratchy throat and stuffy nose, hurts to swallow but feels good to eat hot foods and can't breathe properly through my nose. Was wanting to take Emergen-C as it's my go-to oncoming sickness fighter, but not too sure as I've recently miscarried but found out I am about 5w pregnant again. Obviously am super hesitant this time around. Thank you ladies in advance for any advice you might have! 💕
