Frustrated and ttc!

Me and my SO are TTC #2. I came off of the depot in January after only getting one shot and having my period the whole time. Well end PD January I had a period skipped February went to the Dr first week in March. She gave me a test it was negative well now 3 I started spotting it lasted literally 1 hour sat and sun nothing unless I wiped. Well today and yesterday I have been so nauseous I can't even eat and if I even remotely smell food or any other weird smell I gag. I just don't know what's going on and I'm very upset and frustrated. Just don't know what to do from here :(
