Stomach pains after swallowing?

Does anyone else ever get a horrible stomach ache after swallowing cum? It doesn't happen to me every time but when it does (usually when I do on an empty stomach) it feels like I'm going to throw up and gives killer pains. Also comment any tips you have to get rid of the feeling please!

Happened more when I first started swallowing, but now it rarely happens.

I experience the nausea part. No pains. Usually goes away in a couple of minutes.
