help , pregnant?

My period is 6 days late going on 7. I've been PMSing for almost 3 weeks. I have cramps like when you feel right before you start your period. Any pregnancy test I take is negative. I'm urinating frequently. I'm bloated. My breasts are sore. Not my nipples. White discharge. I have a regular 28 day cycle. My acne is flaring up and I'm the type of person that NEVER has acne. I don't know what's wrong. My fiancé and I haven't been using condoms lately. I feel there is a high chance I'm pregnant and I've been wanting to be. I don't want another let down of a negative test and I feel silly calling my doctor when it's only been a week of no period. What should I do?
