It's being a young step mum easier than being a regular aged step mum? In terms of the child liking you? I'm 23 and my soon to be step daughter just turned 2 and although it doesn't seem like a big deal as the age gap is reasonable, I never thought I'd be a step mother, let alone becoming one before being a biological mother so it's all new and scary to me.
