Someone Please Help Me

I'm confused and heartbroken... I took a first response pink dye and it was negative. I took that at 6PM. The next morning I took a first response digital which said I was pregnant. I made a doctors appointment today, and yet again another pink dye was negative. They ordered a blood test, but I'm always preparing myself for the worst. Anyone had negative pink dyes but positive digitals and got blood work done that was positive in very early pregnancy? I really don't want to do the blood work as I'm preparing for the heartbreaking news will be that I am not.
