Help FTM

I want to know if its normal or is it my water breaking. Today in the morning around 8:35 i went to the bathroom used it everything was normal to me . Well i was awake for 20 mins or so because i was helping my husband get the keys out the car he left them inside . He got the keys out we told our good byes since he was going to work . He left i came back inside i felt wet like ig i had peed my self so i go to the bathroom and sure enough my panys were a little bit wet and a little bit of discharge like white stuff looked like if it was cottage cheese just a little bit not a lot but i was sitting in the toilet peeing. Every since that i cant seem to know if its my water breaking or what . Am kind of scared i dont know what to think or do . Help any one please
